Maui Upcountry real estate prices are robust. In 2013, the average sales price of Maui Upcountry homes was $669,000. This increased to $731,000 in 2014, which represents a 9 percent increase. 

As prices for Maui Upcountry real estate have increased, the average number of days on market has dropped. In 2013, homes were on the market for an average of 172 days. In 2014, this number dropped to 153, an 11 percent decrease. Overall average days on market continues to drop into 2015 which is good news for home sellers.

The average sales price for homes on the entire island in 2014 was $910,000, compared to $731,000 in Upcountry Maui. Maui Upcountry real estate options include a number of spacious estates on the mountains that appeal to luxury buyers. The larger the home, the more valuable it was as well. Homes with four or more bedrooms in 2014 that had a view of the mountains or oceans had an average sales price between $1 and $1.1 million.
